Intake Manifolds

We use our CAD design program to design every part of a ZZ manifold from flanges to runners that allows for a quality fit and function. We can build manifolds with changeable tops for a variety of applications, injected, carbureted or all types of “boosted” engines. Working with Nitrous Express we can also add a properly designed nitrous system to any manifold we build. We also modify existing manifolds for many features like electronic injection or bungs for nitrous or mechanical injection. At ZZ we are also working hard to develop manifolds for applications overlooked by the aftermarket industry. We are working on manifolds for the Cummins diesel common rail and “24-valve”heads that allows you to machine the cylinder head manifold off and port your head and install this manifold and re-install all of your factory fuel lines and accessories.
